Cameron Diaz's Diet
Cameron Diaz don't have a strict diet plan to follow. She eats anything she wants in moderate amount. She stops eating pork when finds out that pigs are having mental capacity as a three-year child. But it did not last very long.

One of the basic rules of her diet is never, but never to skip breakfast. She consumes 6 small meals during the day, because according to her, your body works better when you eat more often, but in small amounts.
Sample Plan of her diet:
- Breakfast: rice with garlic, broccoli, eggs, lemon and chicken or beef.
- Snack: protein shake with water.
- Lunch: salad and chicken or beef.
- Snack: fruit and nuts.
- Dinner: egg white with spices, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.
- Snack: protein shake with water.
Cameron is having a very active life and she eats anything she wants, but in limited quantities.
